The Guidance Team consists of a Depute Head Teacher and 2 Principal Teachers. The school is divided into four house groups, The Principal Teachers have responsibilities for the four house groups as detailed below.
Ms Bathgate is a Depute Head Teacher. She is the member of the Senior Management Team who has responsibility for Guidance and Support for Pupils. She is also a teacher of Modern Languages.
Mrs Kelly is Principal Teacher, Guidance, with responsibility for pupils in Kinkell and Cloan houses.
Mrs McNally is Principal Teacher, Guidance, with responsibility for pupils in Tullibardine and Drummond houses.
Both PTs deliver the Social Education Programmes and are class committed 8 periods per week with S1-S6 groups.
Parents can contact the relevant member of the Guidance Team either by telephone or email. At times it can be difficult to make contact by telephone as they are class committed or can be in meetings with parents, pupils and other outside agencies, so it is hoped that by encouraging the use of email it will improve the communication links. Pupils can also use the email service to ask for advice from their guidance teacher or to inform them of any difficulties that they may be having at school. They can also request guidance and career interviews through email. Guidance Staff will always endeavour to make contact where requested as soon as possible.
